I spend a lot of time with my wife and family. In the summer I enjoy swimming in my pool or riding my Harley on the weekends. We love using our hot tub in the cold winter months. I volunteer at my church and have many close friends that go to my church as well.  

I am from Northfield, Minnesota. I graduated from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin and acquired my associates degree in HVAC there. I love the customer service and hands on aspect of HVAC. I like watching our Minnesota sports teams and spending time with family.

I worked maintenance for LA fitness for 10 years. I out grew that position and moved to a career in HVAC where I had room to grow.  I like watching hockey, I play golf and curling in my free time. I live with my girlfriend, her kids and our 2 little dogs, Percy and Iris.

I live in Carver County. I am originally from the Himalayan state of Sikkim, India. I have been married for 10 years, and we have two beautiful girls, ages 8 and 2. Before moving to America, I used to run a Travel business and led many backpackers from around the world in the foothills of the Himalayas. In one

of my trekking trips, I met my wife, and my life changed forever. Our family loves outdoor activities – fishing, biking, camping, and trekking. When my family moved here to America, I had to make a career change and relearn everything. I went to Hennepin Tech. and earned a Diploma in Plumbing. I enjoy serving people with my skills and being a life long learner.

I am the Fleet/Warhouse Coordinator. I manage our entire Fleet and make sure they are getting regular maintenances done as well as making sure all inventory on them is correct. I also order parts we stock in the warehouse. I love that I am always learning new thinks everyday and get to connect with everyone.I am a Wisconsin Native but moved to Hastings in 2006. I am married to my amazing husband and we have 4 beautiful girls and 1 furbaby. I love hanging out with friends and making epoxy tumblers.

I have been in HVAC for close to 30 years where I have been in many roles ranging from New construction, HVAC maintenance and Service, Boiler installation Technician, customers service, to operations and sales management. I have enjoyed all of the roles over the years. What I like most is helping others in anyway I can.

When I am not training/coaching you will find me spending time with My wife Keoni of 20 years, our two boys Ian(18) Eric(17) and our two dogs Celly and Malana, where we enjoy trips to the cabin in Luck Wisconsin, Vacations, or just a game night at home In Hastings Mn. Much of my free time is spent Golfing, Fishing, playing Music, Cooking or just hanging with friends and Family.

My wife Andrea and I have been married for 9 years, and we have 4 kids; Jett, Benny, Sevie, and Raelyn. We stay active running the kids around to various sports and dance practices. We love going on family vacations, especially our annual camping trip to northern Wisconsin.

I completed the HVAC program at MN State Southeast Technical back in 2008 and started working as a service technician right away. I joined the team here in 2012 as a service technician, and held that role until transitioning to the warehouse manager in 2016. In 2021 I became the HVAC Operations Manager, and I am now the Field Manager overseeing field and warehouse operations.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and honestly, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home! I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing Pilates, and cooking up delicious meals.

I’ve been with On Time Service Pros for just over 10 years. One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people, whether it’s through our office team, the field technicians, or our amazing customers!

I have been in the HVAC industry since 2015, with a HVAC degree from Hennepin Technical College. I started working here in 2017 as a HVAC technician, I eventually got promoted to be a lead technician to 5 other employees, now I am currently the HVAC Operations Manager since 2025. I am excited for this new opportunity to make my team confident in their work and customers happy with On Time Service Pros!

My fiancé, Libby and I built our house near Webster MN in 2021. We grew our family in 2023 with our fur child, Buster. We enjoy anything outdoors, whether it is pheasant/turkey hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, or up north at the cabin.

I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota in 2017. I met my wife Selena in high school while we were in a travelling choir group together. We have two dogs, Archie and Korra! Outside of work I enjoy working out, playing video games, collecting pokemon cards and spending time with loved ones.

I went to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to study digital media technology, essentially the digital arts; photography, video, graphic design and 2D animation. I started working at On Time Service Pros in August of 2023 and have loved every day!

In my free time, I volunteer with Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue as a foster, dog buddy, and team coordinator. When I’m not helping animals, you’ll find me on the water; whether paddling the Kinnikinnic River, relaxing on my paddleboard, or catching waves in the ocean.

The water is my favorite place to be!

I live in the Northfield area with my husband, and our two kids. Our family enjoys camping in the Midwest, fishing on the Mississippi River and our annual cabin resort vacation with extended family. My role is the Accounts Payable specialist. I process payments for suppliers and services that the company uses. I enjoy doing my part to help the company grow and being a part of the awesome team that shares that goal.
