Answer: Our V.I.P. Maintenance plan includes annual maintenance for your HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical systems. This typically covers cleaning, safety checks, and routine maintenance to ensure your systems are running efficiently and safely.
How often will maintenance visits be scheduled?
Answer: Maintenance visits are typically scheduled quarterly so you have 4 visits throughout the year.
How do I schedule my maintenance visit?
Answer: We have several ways to reach out to you to schedule your maintenance services. We contact our customers by phone, email, text message, and even by mail to ensure we find the method that works best for you. If you’d like to schedule your maintenance at your convenience, you are more than welcome to call us directly at 651-998-4177, or you can easily schedule online by visiting our website and clicking the “SCHEDULE ONLINE” button.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Answer: Yes, you can cancel the plan at any time. However, we do recommend staying enrolled for at least a full year to take full advantage of the maintenance visits and plan benefits.
What should I do if I move and want to keep the plan?
Answer: If you’re moving within our service area, we can transfer your maintenance plan to your new home. Please contact us with your new address so we can update your account and schedule your next service visit.
What is the difference between a maintenance plan and a warranty?
Answer: A warranty typically covers repairs or replacement of faulty parts, whereas a maintenance plan focuses on preventive care to ensure your systems are running efficiently and reduce the risk of breakdowns. Maintenance plans help extend the life of your equipment, while warranties only come into play when something goes wrong.
How will I know when it's time for my next maintenance visit?
Answer: We’ll send you reminders via email, text, phone, or mail to schedule your next visit.
Can I get the same technician each time?
Answer: We will strive to send the same technician for each visit per your request. However, if scheduling conflicts arise, rest assured that all our technicians are highly trained and familiar with your system’s history.
